The actor Billy Miller, who was famous for his roles in TV shows like "The Young and the Restless" and "General Hospital," has sadly passed away at the age of 43. He was from Tulsa, Oklahoma, but he died in Austin, Texas. He is survived by his mother Patricia, sister Megan, brother-in-law Ronnie, and his niece and nephew Charley and Grayson.
Billy Miller had some health challenges. He struggled with manic depression and something called Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). PSP is a disease that affects parts of the brain and can make it hard for people to walk, swallow, think, and move their eyes. It's also known as Richardson-Olszewski syndrome. Usually, PSP doesn't affect people before the age of 40. Some of its symptoms include problems with balance, difficulty speaking, changes in mood and personality, trouble sleeping, dementia, and sensitivity to bright lights. Sadly, there's no known cure for PSP.
